As a supply chain project manager and analyst, you will be responsible for the development, delivery and tracking of Supply Chain projects within Vietnam.
Your key responsibilitiesProvide Project Management and integration support to projects within Vietnam and drives timely delivery of each project by monitoring progress, project scheduling, and adherence to Project Management processes across the overall portfolio.
Supports the Vietnam CF Manager and Plant Manager on developing, monitoring and tracking the delivery of
CI (continuous improvement) benchmark elements across Vietnam Supply Chain.
Collect and analyze data to support all Operation Excellence initiatives and programs.
Maintain the PMR tracking file, joining all CMR meetings together with the Supply Planning and Purchasing Managers to monitor, update the progress of all marketing projects and follow up with the action plan to ensure all actions are closed by the respective persons in time.
Plays the role of Supply Chain tag in Future Ready project led by the Regional Team to support the growth strategy of the business in Vietnam which includes the Third-Party Toll blender and the Logistics models for Vietnam.
Supports CF Manager and Plant Manager in other assigned works and projects.
Our key requirementsExtensive knowledge of country supply chain activities. Possesses at least 8 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, with a proven track record in project management.
Ability to engage, build relationships with and influence senior leadership and key business stakeholders
Experience in major projects &/or logistics activities
Experience in driving change, managing conflicting priorities and re-directing resources to achieve outcomes
Familiarity with best practice project, program and portfolio management practices
Experience with performance management benchmarking and metrics
Strong communication skills
Flexibility and adaptable to a rapidly changing environment
