Your Key Responsibilities

  • Build a business with new categories by looking at new opportunities in the target market segment (including (partnership, new products development)
  • Creating brand strategy & business plan including brand positioning, guidelines and setting a suitable pricing and launching of the brand
  • Evaluating brand strategies includes brand objectives, positioning, consumer targeting, marketing plans, brand image
  • Design advertising to increase brand awareness
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer market and competitor’s activities
  • Allocate and manage brand’s budget and spending
  • Create sales forecast and purchase order
  • Planning and monitor execution of all communications, promotions (consumer and trade), marketing campaign and activation on all channels
  • Analyze, measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs to director
  • Creating sales, marketing and distribution report and analysis to brand’s principal
  • Keep a good relationship with brand’s principal by managing their expectations and actively communicate with them for all brand related information/request

Our Key Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, or any fields
  • Experience in Marketing and Brand, or related fields
  • Having experience at least 5 years in Marketing/ Business Development/ Brand Development and at least 4 years in managerial level
  • Having knowledge in retail, beauty, and e-commerce industry
  • Having strong network in beauty industry/brands
  • Good communication, highly detail-oriented, service-oriented, problem solving, and strong negotiation skills
  • Experience using computer and Microsoft application
