Job Description
Job Objectives:
 Controls warehouse inventory by coordinating movement of product from production to warehouse to shipping.
 Prepare and maintain the logistics documentation required for the logistics
Key responsibilities:
 Manage and update the storage location of product received from production in SAP
 Prepare commercial documents for shipments to international customers.
 Monitor shipments and Customs clearance. Communicate status, delays to appropriate parties. Resolve shipment issues, and possess the ability to determine when to elevate to management for resolution
 Maintain Import and Export document files in accordance with Federal regulations and Company policy.
 Update the stock in the sy

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and Word)
 Prior working experience with Customs brokers, forwarders, and international partners preferred
 SAP knowledge preferred but not mandatory
 Well versed with export import documentation and procedures
 Excellent oral and written communication skills

Additional Job Information
stem and manage the physical inventory whenever needed
 Perform Administrative tasks: copying, filing, faxing, scanning.
 Coordinate with back office for shipments and required documentation

 Ability to work independently and limited supervision
 Excellent interpersonal skills

Special working conditions
 The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 90% sitting, 5% walking, and 5% standing. The job is performed under in a clean atmosphere.

 University or college
