Your key responsibilitiesJob Objectives:
Controls warehouse inventory by coordinating movement of product from production to warehouse to shipping.
Prepare and maintain the logistics documentation required for the logistics
Manage and update the storage location of product received from production in SAP
Prepare commercial documents for shipments to international customers.
Monitor shipments and Customs clearance. Communicate status, delays to appropriate parties. Resolve shipment issues, and possess the ability to determine when to elevate to management for resolution
Maintain Import and Export document files in accordance with Federal regulations and Company policy.
Update the stock in the sy
Our key requirementsRequirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and Word)
Prior working experience with Customs brokers, forwarders, and international partners preferred
SAP knowledge preferred but not mandatory
Well versed with export import documentation and procedures
Excellent oral and written communication skills
About youstem and manage the physical inventory whenever needed
Perform Administrative tasks: copying, filing, faxing, scanning.
Coordinate with back office for shipments and required documentation
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks
Ability to work independently and limited supervision
Excellent interpersonal skills

The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 90% sitting, 5% walking, and 5% standing. The job is performed under in a clean atmosphere.
